Vasectomy Scheduling

Easy Vasectomy Scheduling

The providers of His Choice Health are passionate about vasectomy.

We are vasectomy specialist offering barrier free single visit vasectomy appointments.

Vasectomy is a simple, office based procedure. Our specialist can perform near painless vasectomy under local anesthesia in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately, our health care system makes getting a vasectomy far more difficult than it has to be.

Difficulty to finding skilled vasectomy doctors. Vasectomy is a preventative primary care procedure but most primary care providers do not offer vasectomy. As a result, many patients will have to see a urologic specialist to have a vasectomy. You will always wait longer and pay more when seeing a specialist.

Many large health care organizations do not prioritize vasectomy and scheduling a vasectomy in a large organization is an ordeal.

Long wait times. Most patients looking for vasectomy will encounter long wait times to get a consultation.

If you are lucky you may only wait several weeks for your vasectomy consultation. During high demand times, you may have to wait up to six months to have your vasectomy procedure. The vast majority of vasectomy providers require two office visits.

Multiple office visits and long wait times for each appointment can lead to unnecessary delays and enough frustration to make you change your mind about having a vasectomy. Sometimes this delays cause dilemmas and unplanned pregnancies.

High cost. If you do not have health insurance you will have to pay for the entire procedure. Most patients will have a health plan with a high deductible and…guess what?  They will also have to pay for their entire procedure!

Just because you have health insurance does not mean your vasectomy will be affordable. The total cost for vasectomy can range from $1,200 to $8,000 depending on your geographic location and where the procedure is performed.

If you have a health insurance plan with a high, unmet annual deductible ($2,500 to $15,000) then you will be responsible for the paying up to the limit of your deductible for that year. Only after you meet your deductible will your health insurance starting paying for your vasectomy but only if vasectomy is a covered service in your plan.

If vasectomy providers charges $2,500 for your vasectomy procedure then you may end up paying that amount plus the cost of the consultation visit.

If you call most offices to inquire about the cost of vasectomy, you will never get an answer over the phone. If you don’t believe us call an office and see for yourself.

The only way you can find out the cost is to schedule and pay for a consultation appointment. Only after the consultation appointment  will you find out the actual cost of your vasectomy. You will already have spent a significant amount of time getting to that point.

His Choice Health exists to make getting a vasectomy an easy, painless experience.
