Dr. Jacob Kelly
Dr. Kelly is a board-certified cardiologist whose work spans advanced heart-failure and transplant cardiology, cardiometabolic performance, and longevity-focused preventative care.
After earning his MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completing residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dr. Kelly trained in cardiology, advanced heart-failure/transplant, and clinical research at Duke University Medical Center.
He currently practices at Alaska Heart & Vascular Institute, where his expertise includes advanced heart-failure, cardiac transplant, nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular CT, exercise testing, and metabolic health.
Beyond traditional cardiology, Dr. Kelly is a strong advocate for lifestyle-based prevention — from VO₂ max–driven training and structured nutrition/sleep/recovery protocols to early detection strategies across chronic disease spectrums (cardio, metabolic, oncologic).
