  • The base price applies when you pay any portion of your surgery fee with any card type, including credit, debit, HSA, FSA card, as well as medical financing.
  • To obtain the cash discounted price you must pay in full for your surgery at the time of scheduling with a bank wire or ACH transfer.

The fee for vasectomy reversal surgery is all-inclusive and covers everything except the cost of your travel, meals, lodging, and prescription medications. Surgical fees are due in full within 24 hours of scheduling your surgery.

The surgical fee payment can be made by bank-to-bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, American Express card, cash, or sending a cashier’s check or money order by over-night delivery.

Payments by credit card, FSA card, or HSA card will be subject to an additional processing fee.

Scheduling fee

When you are ready to schedule your vasectomy reversal surgery, payment of a scheduling fee is required to be added to the surgery schedule.

The scheduling fee covers the cost involved in planning and scheduling your surgery:

  • 20 minute medical history phone interview
  • registration paper work
  • surgical date selection
  • ordering pre-operative lab work
  • providing advice for travel and hotel reservations

The scheduling fee can conveniently be paid with a credit card.

CareCredit offers a variety of financing options. You will need to apply for CareCredit directly from their website. You will need to go through a credit approval process to see if you qualify.

Health insurance plans will not pay for vasectomy reversal surgery.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Care Savings Accounts (HSA) are great ways to pay for vasectomy reversal. You may even receive a tax benefit!

There is card processing fee for payment made by FSA card or HSA card. Please remember if you are using a FSH or HSA card as a method of payment then you have to pay and have surgery in the same tax year.

Cancellation of surgery within 15 to 21 days of the surgery date will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation of a procedure within 14 days of the date of surgery, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of 100% of the surgical fee.

Patients may reschedule their surgery date one time, outside of 3 weeks of the initial surgery date, at no charge. Additional date changes will require a rescheduling fee of $1500.

Rescheduling surgery within 15 to 21 days of the date of surgery, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of 50% of the surgical fee. Rescheduling surgery within 14 days of the date of surgery, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of 100% of the surgical fee.

Refunds on cancellations may take up to 30 days to process.
